Be careful with this supplier! They sent us a counterfeit i1600 UV print head that was 100% not working at all, even for a minute. It was broken from the beginning right after opening the box, and they refused to replace or to deal with the issue. Aftersale service is like hell, they treated us - their customers - like garbage, and they even attacked us multiple times after we opened the case with Alibaba, accusing us trying to rip them off. This supplier is obviously a scammer. All we can get is $300 back from Alibaba support, but the order value was $760 USD, and we lost $460 for nothing. Stay away from this supplier if you don't want to be scammed. This is the first time we were scammed on Alibaba ever!

First of all， after we provide many proves，Alibaba judge our company win. Firstly the customer said he received a printhead looks perfect， but when he install and meet problem， he just said its our printhead problem and he sent us a photo which looks very old, with ink marks, and incomplete QR code. and framing that old printhead is from our company. Usually，When any people opens the package, If he sees the printhead is so old, It's impossible to install it at all. and when we even print any word on a paper， we cannot use our hand to smear the code or the word. Its pity Alibaba not allow we put photos here. or you can see a liar who want to cheat a free printhead clearly.
